Default Gears of War freezing/loading problems

Update: Its working again...I guess xbox live was down and for some reason its affecting the loading process...(thanks Jake)

I've been giving praise to this game when I first started playing it, but last night it happened: game would keep going back to 'Choose Difficulty' screen or it would load for a long time. One time it played but instead of starting where I should be it went to the beginning. No big deal, a few minutes into the game it just froze. WTF. So I rebooted and same problems. No red rings on the console of controller though, so I tried other games, and burger king games played fine with no issues at all. I looked online and saw similar issues of Gears of War freezing issues. MS is blaming the game for the lockup/freezing. If the other games were working it seems logical that GoW is the culprit. As for overheating, its a cool area. Hmm...Im hoping its not the console....anyone else?

U know what id do? Id try blowing in the game, then maybe get some rubbing alcohol and a cue tip to clean the game. If that dosent work, shake the game a little bit while the door is open, then if the screen still flashes blue at you, start the process over, this time adding a little spit when u blow into it.

Seriously guys.....he's a fellow gamer be respectful and give good advice..

Well here's my $0.02:

When games like Gears of War come out it has a high output information which causes the processor to move slower because it's reading so much detail. There are many ways to fix this problem and yes it can be the game...which causes the system to run very slow...there are some solutions.

1st power on the console by gently touching almost just brushing against the nipple looking button...Now slowly take the cd and apply a smooth coating of saliva from your sensual tounge. Now you may take your favorite pair of thongs and clean the cd rubbing in a circular motion. After your cd starts to glow from arrousal of the thongs rubbing, slowly slide the cd in. It's ok to tug on the cord a little. Sometimes this gives extra electrical shock waves and boosts up the juices a little. Now get ready for an explosion on the screen....If all is well, you may play...

hope that helped..

good luck.
