Thats the thing, if there is value there, which I am assuming there is not, but you never know. Then you need to find out who owns it. And lets be real thats going to be a battle if there is any value

I didn't think it was a bearer instrument but with the signed property release I am not so sure who now owns them, or if they even have value.
