Rob if you pull the driver out and see the spec on it shold be easy to find a cheap replacement

There is a crossover of some sort in the speaker box.

IDK if they are 4 or 8 ohm speakers but I assume I can just measure the coil to find that out.

These are mounted in the shop and I don't want to bother mounting new boxes, just replace the speaker itself.
