Rob.... Ron is doing my internals in the new bike and some "common" issue happend with the stock fork tubes... Something about removing a set screw which destroyed the lower portoin

Worked well until I blew out the foam surround on the woofers.

Didn't want to take the boxes down and drill all the holes in new speakers, don't mind drilling through the old stuff too much.

I have the boxes hanging from articulating monitor arms so that they can face into the shop or rotate around and face out through a window to the pool.

agreed 4ohm likely and those will prob do the trick

Seems like a match for what I have, and out in the shop it's not exactly a "high fidelity" location.

Coils measure out at 3.5 to 3.7 ohm so I assume they are 4 ohm speakers.
