The rest should drill out easily enough. Then the timesert for the fix. Those things work very well.

Managed to get a hole drilled through the center of the bolt.

Spent the last couple days trying to get a chain adjuster to loosen up, oil, heat, cool, repeat.....it finally broke this morning.
