Then the locks are changed and it's mine. If they want their stuff back then they have to pay the moving company storage fees.

Then I have to pay for a moving company to show up along with the sheriff to litterally remove the people and their stuff from the house.

If it goes that far yes. But first you have to have a "writ of possession" and that takes weeks, then a "warrant for removal" if they still haven't left and that takes weeks
