Default Private Track Day At BeaveRun

Hey everyone,
The group of people that I ride with (WCR) have rented BeaveRun for a private track day on July 21, 2008. It is a Monday. We currently have a few spots left for this day. This day is a not for profit track day for advanced riders only. If you are interested in attending and are either a Blue group rider with TPM or an A group rider with NESBA please feel free to contact me with further questions or to register for the day.
There will be a maximum of 20 people riding at this event. We are having an open track format. The day will start off with a Tech inspection of all bikes followed by a riders meeting. At 9:00am the track goes green until noon. From 12:00 to 1:00 the track will be closed for luch break for the corner workers, medical staff and for us. This event is a rain or shine event with no refunds given. We have to pay for the day regardless. We have already signed the contact and sent in the money for the day.

The cost of the day is $350.00 per rider and payment needs to be made asap. While this may seem like alot of money for one track day you will get more track time than you know what to do with and will leave satisfied and very tired.

For more information about the track day you can visit our website at www.wcr-racing.com
or you can click this link http://www.wcr-racing.com/events.htm

Some of our group will also be at VIR this weekend. Feel free to stop by and talk to us if you are interested in going or just want to say hi. We will be there with a White Weekend Warrior, GSXR #901, R6 #719, two 749R's # 816 and #41.

Damn I'd love to come, but I'm only in red group... by that date I'll have at least 10 more trackdays done (3 days so far). I'll be at VIR this weekend too... are you open to bribes?

Default Price Reduction

Hey everyone,
We are still left with some spots and have decided to reduce the price on this day but allow more riders. We will now allow up to 25 riders. Trust me, this will be a great day with more riding than you can probabally handle (open track) for right around the same price of a regular track day. If you are riding with NESBA on July 19 or 20 stick around an extra day since you are already there. Please PM me if you are interested.
Thanks,
Mike

Hey Brian,
I got your PM and replied to you.

To everyone else,
Spots are going very fast. I have signed up 4 people on this today and that only leaves 6 left. I am not sure if my friend has signed anyone up today or not but will know tomorrow. Oh year, the price has been reduced to $175.00.
No way of beating that anywhere for between 6 and 6 1/2 hours of open green track.

Mike

I only asked because he said there's a few more spots... maybe thought they would lower the standards some

Hey John,
As the others have pointed out, the answer is yes. We want to keep the level of riders (read pace and skill level) very similar. Nothing against anyone else as I am by far the fastest guy around but there is a big difference in lap times that range from 1:00 - 1:08 is as compared to 1:10 - 1:15. We are trying to maximize the enjoyment of the day for those who fit the guidelines. That also means being a blue group or A group rider as those riders will have most likley have been riding longer and or have a better skill set. A very close friend of ours that we have ridden with for 5 years is in the red group and we are not allowing her and she understands.
