I had a Scandi-Pacific trailer that came like that, I used Trex decking lumber for the deck and it worked out great. Weatherproof and durable. I just went to the local lumberyard and got a color that didn't sell well and they gave me a good deal on the Trex.
Good Luck

here ya go. heres some. drove it around town for a bit to be sure it all dont break apart, when i got back home i took the bikes off and went over all the bolts again.

bought these (wheel chocks) for the trailer to. no dice on them, my wifes bike it to low and hits front bottom front of the fairings. samething with mine to, the sharkskins are lower to and also hit them. worked fine on the others so i'll sell them for $200. both brand new, i just put one together

and here it is, all folded and put away in my garage. out of harms way

What size are the wheels, and how much they go for?

I meant how big is the rim(height, not width,) I'm guessing a 10" rim what you put...and much did the trailer go for?
