I don't know about that!
bikes vary in size! I would think maximum 2 bikes per car spots. Even other motorcycle/scooter riders would be weary of parking next to another rider they don't know!
I think it would better to mark the parking spots and leave some room for a 2-wheeled vehicle to fit in between the two as displayed below.
