51lbs down....49lbs to go!!
Found a pic of myself back in early '03 on vacay in Cancun with the ex-wife....no wonder the ex lost attraction to me and found someone else...i'm sure this had to be one of the reasons.
I'm down from 320 to 269 and want to get to 220...slow process, but I can do it.

That is fuggin awesome Rico! Losing a lot of weight requires a change in life style and the commitment to keep it there. Most people don't have the discipline to do that. You should be damn proud of yourself.

thanks peeps...there's is NO WAY I can ever let myself get to that size again. It's exciting to see myself getting smaller and working my way back to how I looked before I met the wife and was having a great time in '94-'96....best time of my life. I'll have to make 2006 m 1996
