Enhanced Definition I believe the resolution is 720. With a high def signal it dumbs it down to 720. Still a great picture over the standard TV set.
High definition is of course 1080.

Hey soda be careful with the new tv's. Mack and i went out shopping for one on sunday and learned a lot from the guy at circuit city. If your gonna get the HD tv that is a lcd or hdvlp, make sure you have HD cable hooked up. A lot of times people buy these tv's with regular cable and the picture is even worse then what a tube tv looks like.

We ended up settling on a 34" tube widescreen HD tv. That way if we just stick with regular cable we'll be good to go.

Also let me know when im coming up to kill something. Bow hunting in PA started at the begining of this month. The rifle season starts the 1st monday after thanks giving.
