Two wheel tuesdays at the Abbaye on 3rd st in the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelpia is one.
Ear inn, 326 Spring St., SOHO, NY also on tuesdays is another.

Thursday nights is Fuddruckers on rt18 in East Brunswick and also Stewarts on 22E in Lebanon(I prefer Stewie's, less mentally-impaired riders).

I heard some questionability in reference to Stewarts bike nights, due to a transfer of ownership, but I'm not sure and would see no reason as to why they would stop that...
