So in Randolph, NJ near the County College or Morris today I saw someone riding a bike with NO headlights and tape over the front with a duct taped #73 on the front, anyone I know?

Looked like a gsxr with a completely taped over headlight and a duct taped #73 in that area, real ghetto.

You know I saw someone in Nutley riding with no headlight and a numbers plate with numbers on the front and side. It think it was a Kawi. Not sure of the number. If I recall I think the bike was black with white numbers.

Yea there is some guy riding on the street with 100% race bodywork up there too. And they wonder why cops hassle us for the little shit when there is crap like that on the road.
