Labor is obviously a big mark up. I installed my sister's boiler last winter, 180k but unit. O bought the boiler for 2200 with the trim kit, 5 zone valves, 4 circulator pumps. Most companies wanted 13k or more to install it

Should replace them every 10 years. I got a pan and a shutoff valve so I don't have to worry about flooding
