bascially the perfomance of the gas charged ones without the gas.... They are getting a lot of good press and a lot cheaper

Sounds interesting, I'd like to see the internals on that setup. Sounds like they took the DSSV idea and used it in their existing shim valve setup.

The tube threads into the bracket just like any other screw, something has to lock it in place.

yea he said they have to heat them up to get them out and go to a machinest

There is a small set screw that locks the tube into the axle/caliper bracket. It's locked in with "ain't NEVER coming out" type loctite.
