Anyone know how to wire an Aftermarket Acerbis Headlight to an F4/F4i ???
Whats up guys I purchased a used acerbis diamond headlight , and am trying to wire it up to my headlight wire harness. Someone told me to wire the top 3 wires from the headlight togethor and the bottom three wires togethor and thats as far as ive gotten, what wires do i splice into on my harness, there are 2 green wires and one orange and blue, i think the orange and blue are for the turn signals tho. and there is teh H4 female plug for the orginal headlight bulb. Thanks in advnaced.

basicly off the harness there is one H4 female plug for the headlight bulb wich has 3 wires connecting it to harness, then there are 2 green wires and one orange and blue, but i think those are for the turn signals.

A test light looks almost like an ice pick with a screwdriver handle and a small bulb...you use it to test for hot leads...should really get one for something like this. If anyone has a shop manual for an F4/F4i(this is good to have too) it'll tell you what wires are used for what.

Voltage tester, no, but it will do. Glad you can ride on the street again. Just don't stunt on the road, do it in the school lot
