And then my life flashed before my eyes
I was out riding yesterday with Kneedragger and a friend . We were on Clinton Road enjoying the day when we ran upon a Jeep Unlimited. We followed the Jeep for a mile or so when We saw it coming at us, a beat ass old Honda Delsole. This kid was taking is tigh turn about 75-80 mph. The car lost traction, now when I say it lost traction it was sliding into our lane with smoke pouring off the tires! All I can say is thank God for that Jeep, the Honda railed the side of the Jeep and was deflected passed us. With out a doubt if the Jeep wasn't there at least two of us would be riding our bike across the clouds with wings on our backs or carving up the canyons of Hell.

The kid in the car was 18 yrs old and tried to tell us he was only going 45mph The lady in the Jeep was bitching at him and said that he could have wiped us out if she wasn't there. He wouldn't come near the bikes, probably thought we would snuff him out

wow..close call..good to have you here safe and sound... fatal and close call stories are chilling :/ definitely a wake up call...and u weren't even doing anything wrong. maybe it's a good idea to follow cars when entering turns? just like it's good to be by a car when entering an intersection?

My buddy that was with us told the lady he was happy she took the shot for us . She was cool with it, she knew we would have been scwacked. Oh and the Jeep.... She bought it the day before the crash.
