my sister Dawn the one holdin the baby which i pretty much got half her face in the picture and Brother in law Mickey in the back ground are both unable to have kids, she adopted a boy 2 years ago and after having him for 5 months the mother wanted him back crushing both my sister and brother in laws hearts. about 5 months later they looked into international adoption, it took 15 months for everything to be completed. i went with my sister only to San Antonio and waited there until she came back from Guatamala where she adopted the baby from. she had tears in her eyes the entire flight back home and didnt believe it was true until we got home.
his name is Alex, and will be 1 December 10th hes from Guatamala but is now an anmerican citizen, im very happy for the both of them.
i kept busting my sisters chops the entire way there and back calling him Pedro and saying i could use a good quality landscaper when he gets older, and i also said try to find out if he got a sister because i may need a house cleaner, i said it all in good spirits, and we laughed so much about it and she is extremely happy.
