I Don't really use much, never have, small amounts worked well for me, and I got pretty big before I ever tried it. I've been off now for quite a while, dieted down, alot more shredded now than before, not so much water retention. I'm actually enjoying the lighter bodyweight.

down to 172 from 189 in Early Feb. I got acid reflux and really low good cholesterol helping my motivation right now. My target weight is 162 so about 10 more to go.
