so me and hill where talking aboutt getting some video of jack. I said lets go to the store and check out some camcorders... Needless to say we found one that we really liked and was easy to use. So I said lets check out ebay first maby we might be able to save some money. So i look though ebay and find this really sweet deal on a camcorder same one we saw in the store. The camcorder was mint great shape.Buyer has good feedback and all so we buy it send money via pay pal.

We get the camcorder in a couple days and start to use it. But theres this huge orange dot right in the middle of the view finder. I was like wft... i tried to clean it but still not going away. I did some more reasearch and found it was a "dead" pixle. I was like wtf how can you miss a huge orange blob in the middle of the screen. So i contact the seller tell him that the view finder has a dead pixle which makes it impossible to record. This guy writes back "BUYER BE WARE!!! and then says "go complain to paypal buddie LOLLOLOLOL!!!!"

I was like wtf... i contacted ebay and a lawyer Apparently this guy hacks accounts on ebay and sells broken shit all the time. Boy I hope they get this fuck

why don't you just refuse payment with your credit card company? Fuck paypal go around them they didn't do jack when I had problems.

Yes, that's what i would do. Call the CC company right away n dispute the charge. Tell them that the seller sold you something that wasn't fit to the description. You'll get your money back, otherwise, goodluck with paypal.

What's really fucked up is that I heard a guy bitching on another forum saying he sold a camcorder and the buyer was complaining about the seller selling him a bad camcorder with a dead pixel.. This is really FUCKED UP!! I wish I could remember which forum. If I remember, I'll post up a link!! Good luck with your case!

Well i just got a camcorder off of egay and the guy screwed me. There was a pixel out and he told me it was "as is" so i contacted paypal and they told me that there going to stick a 12" inch dong in his ktm ass. Hope you have the same punishment he (ism) did.
