Insured, yes I'm sure it is. But there were only 400 of these exotics
made and that damage looks to be fatal to the chassis.
If I remember right the Enzo has a carbon fiber chassis, and
that would not be a repairable item. Probably not replaceable either.
So that leaves him with a big check for the value of the car,
and him looking for another Enzo. I'll bet he doesn't get nearly
enough to buy another Enzo either.

hymm.....seemed like the enzo had understeer.....someone didn't tune the car right.....but then again..he down shifted when he was IN the turn.....still a dumbass......

It may be insured on the street, but I highly doubt that the insurance company is going to insure it while on a track, especially with the video all over the internet proving it.

Exotic car policy will have provisions for non-racing events on closed circuits.

I believe all exotic sports cars have understeer intentionally, I wouldn't want a super sensative wheel at 180mph.
