A 2008 schedule has been released for NJMP, along with a video
of the first mile of pavement and other goodies. Check it out here:

Looks like they are booking the dates in reverse order to keep the date for the opening day loose in case of problems with finishing the project.

Hot Damn...new black top. Can't wait. Not that we've had a hard winter, but I have not rode a bike since September and its beginning to make me a little more nuts than I already am.

They haven't put any more pavement down since the end of November.
I'm not sure why, but they should start up again soon.
That's about 1 mile of the Lightning course, and probably just the base pavement.

AFAIK, the temp needs to warm up in order to lay the pavement.

I'd have to say I'm dissapointed with the progress. I thought this course was completely paved back in november.
