Rico, you might want to consider changing the title to "Ron, tell me what bike I should get"

Addressing your original question about people staring, I don't think it matters what your gender is. I like to believe that people stare because they are envious that someone other then them is riding Plus, the machines and all the mods you can do to your scoot are so sweet looking that you just have to stop and enjoy the view

I stare because as a rider, I love the sport and everything it embraces

I take it as a compliment when I get stared at while on the bike. I think to myself "Mission Accomplished!"

At least that was back when I had a bike!

and as far as the front end of the SV's go.. the tiller had the same problem... these bikes are set up for 170- 80 lb riders.. when i did track days, i constantly bottomed out the front end under hard decel and braking, i ended up getting stiffer race tech springs up frond and it helped alot, no more squishy feel, plus i ditched that hopeless rotary damper with a bitbo kit. but my bike feels like riding on bricks it so stiff now, lol. so my bike wont feel like a normal TL ricco. i have quite a bit of shit done to mine.

yeah...that's one thing I don't want to do...spend a lot of money on mods...just keep it stock...but stock exhaust looks crappy..but the can on the new gixxer looks nice...not stock looking.

i say keep stock...but "lemme just get exhaust" turns into "well, lemme just get...." and so on.

i dunno where that rumor started. so far, no one has been able to ditch me in the straights or the twisties.
i've noticed people stare only when i stand on the pegs, unzip my pants, and let my stinger flap in the breeze.

The worst is when you're in front at a red light that's operated by a sensor.. and the car behind you stops like 5 carlengths behind you. When I point at them and wave them forward they usually just keep staring at me like wtf and wonder why the light isn't changing
