Default all this weight loss crap, what about gaining

And don't even start with the jokes! LOL

I eat and eat and eat!!!

For the job I do I walk 10+ miles a day, (regular work day) 5 days a week, and if I do overtime thats a route and a half a day making it anywhere from 10 to 15 miles a day 5 days a week, so thats an average of about 50 to 75 miles walking in 5 days and if I work Saturday theres an additional 10 miles.

I eat everything I can get my hands on! In the summer I lose more which is obvious. What can I do.? I don't want to spend a fortune on all these things but I will spend!

Help a brotha out here. All I see is losing weight stuff and nothing to help the people out that walk in a rain storm for 5 hours and not even get soaked!

I wish I had your problems...LOL

Ever since I turned 26, eating anything I wanted was officially over. You metabolism is what it is. Having a job that has you walking the mileage you do doesn't exactly promote weight gain. You work for the post office?

Well basically if your burning more calories in a day than you are taking in, you won't gain weight, for that amount of mileage, you are probably burning a shit load of calories. And lots of people think they eat alot, but really they don't. what are you eating throughout a normal work day? Try purchasing a weight gainer and drink a few of those a day between meals. The other possibility, maybe you have a tapeworm that's eating all your nutrients and shitting for you lol.
