Default Doctors Follow Up

I went for my 3rd follow up today because I been dealing with numbness while sleeping. Found out im suffereing for Sleep Paralysis.

Anyone else have this shit, if not its no joke, feels like someone sucked the blood right out of you, feels like you were injected with anastezia but am still awake and cannot more, feels like people tied you down to the bed not letting you get up. i constantly have to shake my feet to get up from it.

meds baby. now im on a constant medication, and i do not like taking pills.

I think it is the starting signs of carpal tunnel. I really need to get to a doctor soon for this. Do your hands go numb while riding or get a swollen feeling while working with your hands a lot??

Stop uing your hand as a hammer, it wasnt meant to be used that way, thats why we have tools. Refrain from abusing your hands, bending them too much, repetition. Back in the early 90s I started to get the carpal tunnel symptoms, didn't know about it though. Then a SnapOn rep was describing how NOT to use their tools and what would happen. You just alter your habits and things get better. As far as being paralyized from lack of blood flow..... sure someones not sucking it out of you when asleep?
