well it's been a while since i posted that up there, i'm currently around 165 depending on the day, still lovin the ON and MHP TRAC NO, just started MHP micronized creatine as well mixed with the NO pre workout. i'm seein a lot of gains. i figure i'll see my 6 pack poke through in about 2 months. and also www.dpsnutrition.com has anything you can ask for at great prices and turn around is within a day or two

Im around 168-170 on a normal day, how tall are you?
I just started a CEE creatine as well. I currently supplement glutamine and arginine along with a multi vitamin.
