Its satellite radio, not looked at by the FCC...don't like it, change the channel(as with anything else.)

This is the lastest from fba (fullblownaids.com) for all the people that don't know.

As many of you know by now Opie and Anthony have been suspended from XM Satellite Radio. It is feared that this is much more than a simple suspension. Although this may seem like extremely short notice here is what you can do to help. It has been brought to our attention by someone “from the top” that our help is needed and would be GREATLY appreciated if we can be in attendance at CBS Studios tomorrow morning (Wednesday May 15, 2007). There will be tons of press there and this is a great opportunity to be seen/heard. Bring your XM Radios to smash in front of the press, signs, ect. , anything you can do would be in direct support of the show and greatly appreciated!
Personally i think XM did a really bad thing. They punished a channel that had no right to be punished. If you believe in satelite radio and freedom of the fcc, then you need to realise what is happening here. Its a sad day that a channel that is about no rules goes and suspends there number one jocks. I hope that xm feels the heat of all of us canceling our service, and there sponsors love us calling them everyday. I can't be a fan of any shock jock now. I am just becoming a fan of right to bear (sp) arms, and the right to free speech.

Oh and don't even get me started on NJ's new 50 cal ban on guns. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

This world is becoming full of pusssyyyyyyssssssssssss.

Yeah what sux is the fcc had nothing to do with this. It is pressure from activists that are driving this suspension... It is a real bad move on xm's part IMO.
