Default foggy visor?

this is gonna sound corny but too bad cause its helpful and might save your ass. when i was in chemistry class my professor showed me a really cool trick to stop fogging. here is what you do...

clean your visor with just warm water (no soap, alki, or anything. JUST WATER), basically get any oily residue, dirt or whatever, after its all done let it dry whether with wiping with a towel or just letting it sit there. get a can of SHAVING CREAM, YES SHAVING CREAM (NOT GEL). get any brand, BUT get the one used for SENSATIVE SKIN (the soap property is lighter and will not damage your visor), apply just a drop of it and wipe your entire visor until the creamy residure disappears. it will be streak free and clearer than you can imagine. now blow on it and you will see that there is no fog. ive tried it and my visor hasnt fogged up yet. you will need to repeat it every week or so for it to hold its property and prevent fog.

Question

Ya know, strangely, I think there's probably actually some validity to that. I know if you write on a bathroom mirror with shaving cream, even after you've cleaned it off, the mirror won't steam up in those areas for quite some time (don't ask how I know this... ).... But I'd still be concerned about it damaging the visor. Hmmm........

Any pure soap will do that as well. But like anything else, it wears off as you use the visor. Get a Fog City.
