i just bought another house, had the inspection in December and everything was cool other then a few minor things.

well someone reported a trip hazzard on my sidewalk to the town. now the town owns 5 feet in from the curb, well in Union County they do. but i got a letter in the mail that i have to fix it and im like bullshit, i was told by the town that they own 5 feet in from the curb around the entire property (corner lot) so i called them and they said i have to maintain it. shit no problem i got connections to a cement mixer and made cement and added stone. ripped out the part of the side walk that was lifted and replaced it.

now today i get a letter in the mail telling me i got to remove the replaced "SLAB" i put in, come to town hall and get a permit before i replace it.

what the fuck, the town own it, they want me to replace it and maintain it but want to charge me $85.00 for the permit. fuck them town monkeys. before i got off the phone with town hall i told them off and said i'll take it to court.

fucking want me to fix their shit and wanna charge me for a mother fucking permit. yeah BLOW ME
