Definitely sux but on the bright side most people don't even have the opportunity to catch a hit and run.

My concern is not giving the person a DUI but it is getting the money u deserve

Did your car pop out of gear? From what I can see in the pic the damage isn't as bad as what I figured it would take to push your car all the way up the curb. Anyway I'm glad to hear the hole was caught and furthermore blabbed her way into a crapload of trouble.

Got the notice in the mail yesterday about the violations/court date...

DUI, Reckless, Failure to Report and Leaving the Scene. No underage, although that might be a criminal 2C offense that does not involve me.

The really great news is she has minimum liability coverage ($5,000), so its unlikely that my insurance company won't be involved in this unless I go the civil lawsuit route, and thats more of a headache than its worth.

I need to call pProgressive (my Ins Co), as this may not even have an impact on my premiums... the claims examiner really couldnt say.
