caviar is the shit... black on top of belini's.. greek's have a verison in a spread thats fucking awesome too... tiramusalata (sp) is what it's called.

caviar is great, but i can understand why some people dont like it, the look and texture itself isnt too appealing. there are also bootleg caviar, the ones that taste like shit and still go for rediculous amount of money. caviar is great with crackers alone and if you want a very insanly good dish put it on filet migon with crownroyal sauce (creamy sauce) topped off with some caviar and the flavor is insane.
