techies and geeks: need your help

Default techies and geeks: need your help

OK boys and girls in the technology industry.. i need your help..
i have to create an autosys job to test some new windows hardware that we just got... i have not the first idea how to create one.. well actually i have a slight idea.. somethign with a jil.
all i need is the job to live on that machine and when activated send me an email to verify that all the autosys procs on that box have been correctly installed..
for some reason at my new job they think i am a pearl script and unix command gure....

please help...
