Default IS it TOO cold to RIDE????

It's like 50 out..is it too cold to ride....will my bike fly out from under me? Provided i've rode for about 20 min already...is it safe?

for me, weather less than 40* is not pleasant on a sportbike, I;ll ride occaisionally, but on nice winter days when it's a little warm. My Valkyrie makes it easier since it has a windshield. I'll ride that more often.

I rode today. Not to bad with the right gear on. Just hope it doesn't rain AND it 45!!! :sweat:

You will be fine. I ride year round, weather permitting. Just be sure and allow amble time for your tires to warm up.

I'll ride down into the 30's. I don't think I could ride much colder then that. I guess i'll find out this year

50 = me putting my bike away. I have a car so no need to freeze my ass off.
In weather like this my eyes tears, nose runs and helmet fogs up. Not pleasant at all

ride when are comfortable doing it.... some people have the gear to ride in any weather, others do not.... also as you push your limits, take it in moderation.. if you havent ridden in weather below 40, dont go planning a trip in december to canada. test the waters a little bit at a time.

make sure your tire pressure is correct and take it easy on the throttle and you will be fine.
