Yo, so I have this bike ride on saturday and I wanted to lose a quick few lbs. Soooo, for the last 3 days or so I've barely eaten. I've lost 4 lbs. Just be prepared to be REALLy grumpy and have virtually NO energy. But today starts the eating again so it should be all good.
