Default 2003 TLR Track Bike + 1999 parts TLR as a set

I am thinking of putting up my 03 TLR track bike together with my 99 TLR parts bike. I am heavily considering getting a 600 class track bike.
I have the 03 TLR with a clean NY title, just needs to be put back into shape after a low side on my last track day at beaverun in the rain. I have all the parts on order or in my garage to get it in shape, just need an afternoon's work.
The 03 TLR has about 8k on the odometer but I have to double check that is loaded with goodies, Woodcrat rearsets with GP shift pattern, Penske tripe adjustable rear shock (serviced last season by Penske)Galespeed forged aluminum Type C race wheels, PFM cast iron race rotors, Nissin radial master brake cylinder, Scotts steering damper, PC3, LOTS of custom parts from Vandriver.
---> Down side, sharkskins bodywork is rough from two lowsides last season and the M4 Exhaust is not completely straight. Simple cosmetic issues. New bodywork and another exhaust system and the bike will be 100%.
Bike runs great, fires right up lots of spares/parts. I have two sets of wheels for the track bike and the 99 bike also has OEM wheels, straight frame, straight swingarm, straight subframe and rebuildable title. I have been scavanging small parts from the bike, so its a rebuildable bike, but mostly a source for a motor (6200miles) and rolling frame. The 99 was totalled in a minor street fender bender for the cost of the plastic in 2003. There is no factory plactic available, I sold it all over a year ago.

Just a quick snapshot on what is here in parts.
rolling 1999 chasis with clean rebuildable NY title/straight frame and swingarm and 1999 motor
clean title 2003 track bike that only needs an exhaust and track bodywork
lots of spare parts, two oem exhaust header sets, one set of OEM cans
two spare fuel tanks- with crash damage. one with working fuel pump
Vortex fuel cap
Gale Speed Type C wheels with PFM Cast Iron race rotors and ferodo race pads ($1400 right here)
Van Driver solid clutch cover
Vandriver battery cover
Vandriver rear master cyl reservoir
Vandriver exhaust hangers
Penske triple clicker rear with LE connecting link (recently serviced) $800 alone
two sets of clean and straight OEM wheels (one silver, one black)
Two Galfer rear wave rotors
fiberglass undertail
Carbon fiber rear NWS hugger
Scotts damper kit
Scotts oil filter
Nissin Radial master with spare lever
Nissin Clutch master with spare lever
braided stainless lines
520 chain kit -1/+2
woodcraft clip ons with spare bars
woodcraft rearsets
spare fairing stay (new)

I think this price is fair fellas. just looking to move this at a price that will get me into a 600 class bike soon. Lots of extras here that make this a great deal.
Thanks
Ken

I would be willing to take $6000 OBO for everything, both bikes with NY titles in hand. PM me if you're interested. I am located in Queens, NY.

If you dont sell it as a whole I may be intrested in a few bits if they will fit on the S model.

The gas cap
A rear wave rotor
the vandriver rear reservoir ( I have a bunch of his stuff already for my S)
the scotts damper
the radial cylinder

Not sure if these parts fit on the S or not.

Tom, If I part it out, I will drop you a line. I am hoping to just unload it all at once.
