Well, pinched nerve in neck...... was hoping this would be gone. But riding for now is not gonna happen.
Hopefully my riding season is not over, but I have a bad feeling it is...

Went for X-rays Tue nite, get results Friday.....

All you guys that are power lifting and body building.......... STOP.... you will pay for it sooner to later. If I knew 20yrs ago, what I know now..... I NEVER would have lifted weights..... should have picked up Yoga back then....LOL

Bad form and bad habits can account for alot. If you train with proper form all that happens when you try to lift too heavy a weight is you fail, if you are using sloppy form then you end up hurting yourself.

There's alot of guys that have been trainging for alot longer than 20 years and don't have any of those problems.

Not this fella in the Grand Master's class (50-59 yrs)

Or this guy in the Super Grand Master's class (60+ yrs)

Indeed, otherwise the contests would only be held on the streets of Florida

The weather for Sat is fluctuating between 30-40%... I have no problem with that as of now... However, the ride will be confirmed Friday night as usual...

On the other hand, the route and stops are set!

***UPDATE***

We are a GO for tomorrow... Please make sure you are there by 9:15AM for mandatory group prep!

This ride will commence at 9:30AM SHARP... No waiting for late comers... If you show up late, then you are more than welcome to meet us at Pub199 @ 4pm...

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL OF THE BELOW COVERED!

a) Don’t forget your paper work and your riding gear;
b) Pre-check your ride (tire pressure, brakes...etc.);
c) Be ready to roll with a full tank;
d) Bring cash for pub;
e) Familiarize yourself with group ride etiquette:

- Staggered formation, Group Riding Tips, Common hand signals

f) If you have them, then bring them ==> fully charged Chatterboxes;
g) This will not be a motoGP circuit ==> Expect an easy moderate pace, turtlish at times
h) Bring a change of clothes, just in case we get caught in a down pour...
i) Be at the mandatory group prep at 9:15AM.

See you all tomorrow... Safe Ride!

It was a nice small group that I would've had loads of fun sweeping for but I just couldn't shake off all that Cruzan this morning that I drank last night! Anyway it was great seeing all you momos again at the pub, and I'll see some of you at Applebees in Hackettstown tomorrow for the races...till next time!
