Anyone ever hear of Wolf Exhausts? - Sportbike Addicts

I found a decently priced exhaust brand. They are UK based, but have a distributor in the states. They make a C/F pipe for my bike for around $300, which is the cheapest option for my bike I can find (Yoshi and Scorpion only make stainless). Anyway, I was reading a bit about them and they got some really great reviews with the Triumph owners, but I dont know how an jap I-4 would fit into those reviews.

So, does anyone know of this brand? Heard it? Know where I can find a good resource for sound clips? I searched on Google and couldn't find much.

Comes with a lifetime guarantee for rust/corrosion/and burning, which is also nice.

I heard of them but thats about it. As far as $300, it's a slip-on. Just 1-2hp and more noise. They are all pretty much the same.

Can find the Wolf site there...maybe send them an email asking for a sound clip. Looks like good stuff btw...I'm not a fan of cf cans but these look different, smaller tighter woven carbon, not to shaby.

Well, there's probably a good reason nobody has really heard of it, with it being a UK company and all.

I realize most slip-ons will generate the same power increase (which I don't care about all that much). I've heard some that I just don't like the sound of and others I like. I need something to let people know I'm next to them. Too many NY assholes trying to sneak into my lane.... like on the newburgh beacon bridge with me staring over the railing at 65 mph looking at the water 100ft below while some van comes into my lane.... yeah.

I just want to try to stay away from shiny stainless, but whatever, we'll see. Thanks for the idea about mailing the company.

Just get a full system. It sounds nicer and gives you that extra horsies NY sucks to ride. So does Jersey. So does FL. So does everywhere. Except the desert.

They are also one of the louder exhausts out there.

went over to RPM today and Chris played some sound clips of the M4, Scorpion, and Wolf... no idea what bike they used, but the Wolf was definately a lot louder than the other two. I might end up picking it up because I havn't really heard anything negative about it, comes with the warrantee, and the price is definately doable for me.

Full exhaust isn't in the works because I have enough power where it's at. This is mostly just to have something to tell people I'm next to them. Otherwise the only thing you hear with my stock pipe is my motor.

I have the full system on my suzuki

as for my honda, stock rocks! (having a stock exhaust makes me original!)

I concur, but for what hes lookin to get out of it a slip should be fine.

I agree....the only reason I am running the Sato full system on my 600 is because I got it practically brand new for the price of a good slip on. That being said, I would still opt for something I am familiar with, is easily available and has a proven track record.
