Cleaning out and need to sell all of these items ASAP, ALL PRICES NEGOTIABLE!

All Items are in working condition with no issues/defects:

This is all I have left from what I needed to sell....click link for pix.

Furniture/Household:

- Broyhill Coffee and 2-End Table Set-Solid Oak-Mint condition-retails around $400, selling: $200

-Hillsdale Kitchen Set-Glass Top-retails for: $829, selling for: $450-SOLD

-52" Antique Brass/Wood Lexington Energy Star Ceiling Light/Fan Combo-$100
