im looking to get 2 Gix 1000's for me and the wife. called up Monmouth got a price for 2 out the door.

yesterday i got a coupon for gear/bikes ETC. i never shopped there so dont know how they got my address. but i called them anyways. told him what i wanted and he gave me a price of $18,250.00. in about 10 - 15 minutes OVER THE PHONE, assuming that not freight & prep, tax, title and registration.

anything i should be watching for.? i know they were flodded out not to long ago. think its a good idea or am i getting a flooded bike, what do you think.?

My mother goes to the same gym as Mrs. Rizzon, and if character witness counts, she said she is a very nice person.

I don't know about buying a bike from there, though. The only people I know who have bikes from there are people who are friends with the bratty Rizzon kids, and those are dirtbikes anyway.

Give Burger's (Three Bridges/Readington area on 202) a call. I know a ton of people who have bought bikes from them, and always good things said. As per parts/service dept, we sometimes refer to them as "Burglar's", but thats relative. Give them a shot. Good luck.

Very Good people there. I take care of a lot of their Insurance. Ask for Terance, mention Pete from State Farm and he should be able to knock off a few bucks. As far as floods...I dont know if the inventory had issues, but what I do know is that I wrote about 10 or so policies from Rizzon this week alone, none of the clients mentioned anything.

I bought my '03 GSX-R1000 from Terrance at Rizzon's,
He treated me right and I have no complaints...

Stay away from burgers unless you have dealt with them in the past

Agreed. Even if you have dealt with them in the past, chances are they still won't have the best price. Of course, it never hurts to go get a quote anyway.

Rizzon's is good. I had my 929 in there for service over the time we had the nor'easter. No flooding in their store that I could tell. I think they are up just high enough, I've never heard of them having flooding issues. If I was in the market for a Suzuki, I'd check them out. Good folks.
