For between 300 and 400 dollars they better be. Im thinking of buying them. Do the perforated pants have the same durability as the non? I know they must have holes for ventilation? Or am I wrong?

yeah I would go with the perforated for sure...
If you plan on riding with them in the summer.. It really makes a difference.
Ask IrocRob he bought my pants and runs them on street rides. He could give you a current opinion.

No, you're not wrong. Any perforated leather will be slightly less durable
than the same quality non-perforated leather. It's a small trade off in
durability for a large increase in comfort on hot days.

I've been using mine for a couple years now on almost all of my street rides,
and I'm very happy with them. My only complaint is that one of the zippers
now needs to be stitched up. The stitching is loose for about an inch. No big deal.
