TOTAL???

Windows = $16,700

AC/Heat = $9,100

Fence = $4,200

Roof/Siding = $21,500

Grand Total $51,500

That's not including all the gallons of paint to paint every wall, ceiling. Not included the cases and cases of tile. Not including the remodel of the bathroom. Not including finishing the basement. Not including all up to date electric with bigger electric panel and some plumbing.

The list goes on, but yeah, I can say my 2009 season will NOT be happening this year. My next track day will be 2010

No retaining wall LOL

but the walkway will be getting torn up this spring, im getting the driveway done and putting a walkway in front of the porch to the sidewalk. A lot wider, probably 3 feet wide.

Thanks dude!

But the brick was on there when we bought the house, it actually looks better in the picture then it does in person LOL

But it's also getting covered in Sandstone Brown rounded block. Every house on this street is built the same, so I want to do something a little differently then the rest.
