Default I am ready to kill somebody

am ready to fucking kill this cunt tha tlives across the street from the hospital. I park my bike outside and go in to work. About 20 minutes later my collegue tells me my bike was knocked over, he thought it was funny so i thought it was a joke at first. But I go outside and see it laying on its side.

This fucking cunt who lives across the street deliberatley drove into it knocked it over, then took her grovceries into the house then went out to try and pick it up. then she denies hitting it, yet I have 2 witnesses who saw her do this. She is a problem to begin with she always comes out and screams at people fo rparking in front of her house and yells at the ambulance guys for bringing patients here.

So I pick up the bike and start assesing it while giving this cunt a piece of my mind and a few choice words for her. we call hospital police and NYPD to fill out reports, durring this time she hops in her suv and leaves before the cops show up and she says I am getting nothing out of her. (if nothing else her remains may be found when I am done with her so well see who gets what)

So I NYPD shows up and we do the paperwork, turns out I know the 2 cops from the ER, we do all the paperwork and since no one was hurt we cant have her arrested for a hit and run. and they more or less tell me I have to go after her on my own. So I can do this legally or walk across the street with a blunt object.

I have all the info and have to get the reports and go from there so w eknow this will be painful.

So heres the damage assesment, rashed up left and right plastics, bent rear brake lever, rashed up bar end and right side mirror, and something happenened to the hydraulic clutch. I checked the levers, squeezed the clutch, felt a small pop and th elever went straight to the bar and clutch fluid started dripping from the bike Not sure what was damaged there

karens comming up here early with the trailer, I may pull off the left side pannels to see whats broken and then bring it to the shop later today for an estimate. Problem is I have zero time to do all this this week and will have to take off from the side jobs to get this stuff done so on top of that I will loose about 800 dollars due to missing work and I need to fix this by next friday so i can have it to go to the CF rally. Not sure if that will get done in time or not.

Thats prety impressive, I didn tknow you had it together that quickly.

Things may look a little brighter now, I think the clutch problem may just be the bleeder valve on the slave cylinder being knocked loose. I was able to give it a quick look when I got it home but had to jet to be in the bx by 8 for my shift up here. I will give it a good look when I go home and maybe run some fluid through and bleed it to see how it holds up.

People are just shitty!! If you have the police report and take pictures and have witnesses you could go to small claims court. I think it costs like $25 now and a day out of work. I took my old landlord to small claims court in 2004 and it was $19 and a day off from work and I won! Good luck!

Did they also fill out a complaint report for her leaving the scene of an accident? did you get the witness information? Take it up with her insurance company if you have the witnesses..
