Dude they are both at fault in the laws eyes but, as a biker and one who has ridden back roads for just about forever, the truck is a lunatic.. .So, we cross the double yellow big deal, that does not give the truck the right to try to run the bike off the road...

They're both at fault. They both broke the law. Whose more at fault? I would say the guy in the truck who was willfully planning to commit vehicular manslaughter.

Rather than the chase camera as amusing as that was, would have been interesting to have a camera in the cab of that pickup listening to that redneck going apeshit.

i agree with Nick.. they are all at fault

1) all 3 speeding
2) 2 of the 3 passed the double solid yellow line in a non passing zone.

as far as him trying to run him off the road, yeah hes a complete asshole.

As everyone else said, both parties are at fault, but the truck would get in more trouble because he crossed the double yellow line more than once. Each time he crossed the double lines, should be a ticket.

What an asshole. He cant take the law into his hands like that....

If someone is passing you over the double yellow, who gives a shit. Call them an asshole, call the police if you want and game over. You cross over the line and chase, thats attempted MURDER.

(Update)
This is what I was told...

"The original poster said there is a 10 minute video limit on youtube, but that the cops didn't come for quite a while and they had to leave. They called back to check on the investigation into the event with no updates. The guy provided the plate number of the truck and a copy of the video to the local PD."

They're all dumbasses, all 3 of them. The retards on the bike and the retard in the truck. They ALL could have killed people.

Throw the 3 of them in prison, in the same cell.

Assholes.
