Default 848 unveiling at Trebour Motorcycles

It feels like a thin, nimble machine, like there was hardly anything underneath me...with a wet clutch. And even though it was only sporting Termi slip-ons it still had an excellent throaty-tinny sound...if you have about 13K to spare.

while i would love to have an 848, i'd do the 1098 just because of the wet clutch on the 848. call me vane but thats a big part of the duc experience. I was at trebours last weekend, County Joe really helped me out.

The white one looks so hot. It's a pearl white. I saw these at the IMS shows in Cali for work. They are really nice. But for the street, I'd rock a hypermotard if I didn't think they'd fire me for buying one. lol

I thought the monthly valve adjustments were a big part of the duc experience.

I asked the salesman why this one had a wet clutch, he simply said they're trying to appeal to a larger consumer base.

I was hoping they'd have a white one on display there as well, it really looks great. But the red one pulled some smokey burnouts just the same, hence the marks on the floor.

The motard had a killer style as well, but when I sat on it the thing just felt all wrong, guess I'm just not used to that body position, and the saddle has to go, feels like I was sitting on a log.
