power commander before break in?

Default power commander before break in?

would it be alright to install a power commander before the 600mile break in on an 07600rr?
i put a yoshimura rs-5 exhaust on it and i have the power commander just sitting in my room waiting to go on but im not sure if that would be ok to install.
