Default Hi all

Just thought I'd share a bit about myself

Cakes referred me to this forum from my call for help on the TPM forum. I'm coming over pretty much because I need help finding a ride back from NJMP on 7/4 (long story short, car accident, car in shop and thus no car to tow bike to track).

I'm active on two other forums under the same username.
Kawiforums and Triumph675.net

I've been riding for 4.5+ years by now.
Started out on a dinky but lovable green ninja250, old style.
My second and current bike is a Red Triumph Daytona 675

Here's a picture of her at the last trackday Memorial Day with TPM at NJMP.
I'm the one on the right. The GSXR750 on the left is a buddy of mine.

I'm definitely a full fledged track whore by now. I've got 5 trackdays with 3 more this weekend under the belt.
Seriously thinking about picking up an old 250 for putting around town and turning my 675 into a track only bike.

Anyways if anyone knows of someone who's going to be at the July 4 TPM trackday and has room for an additional bike and some incidentals on the way back to Long Island or even Queens, please let me know.

Thanks

I'm 45 minutes east of Manhattan in Long Island unfortunately

If you know anybody who's going back to Queens, Brooklyn, or even Manhattan after Monday's trackday, I'll take it.
I would probably just need to store my stuff there for a day or I can rush back in a few hours, if needed, once I get home and grab the cage. The bike, I'll figure something out.

I'm going to make an announcement during the rider's meeting on Saturday and Sunday hoping to get a few hits at the track. I'm optimistic that I'll find someone with room going back to Long Island.

Beggars can't be choosers.

Big thanks to CBR Bob for evaluating me yesterday.
Didn't even realize I was turning in sooner the faster I went which was screwing up my riding line and keeping me from hitting the apex properly.

Thats why we are there, to make sure you are doing it right. You were riding very well, save those 2 things we spoke about.
See you next time.

I'm hoping to do another three day back-to-back for the August 6,7,8 at Thunderbolt.

Should hopefully fix those problems and be able to pick up my speed without compromising my lines with another 3 day
