Default Vinny/Cakes....

Could one of you guys, or both, measure the size of tool/homemade tool that will fit in the front axle. I wanna make a tool tomorrow at work, but need to know what size the inside of the axle is.

I figure Vin, since you got the tool, could just let me know what size socket fits over it, and that way, I will know what size nut to weld onto a rod to make the tool.

Thanks guys.

Doug

Sure, I'll measure my tool later.

Um, yeah...

22MM at the small end, 24MM at the large end. The large end fits into the recess on the fork near the axle. The "tool" itself is a 3.5" block of hex-shaped aluminum.

You shouldn't be posting the fact that someone else measured your tool...and then your posting it's size being it's so small...I guess it's OK Slide, the Lord works in mysterious ways.
