relays should be a very easy fix, so if they dont cover it under warranty, id consider doing it yourself or have somebody else give you a hand. they are probably going to try and charge you an hour+ for labor and more for the parts (which they are also going to rip you off on)...

Another tip just incase you absolutely have to bring it to the dealer...take your farings off. Dealers(some) are notorious for scratching plastics, unintentional...but it happens.

i had the same problem with my 00 gsxr 750. wiggle your wire harnesses around. thats what fixed mine. i eventually wound up taping them up real tight, it was just a loose crappy connection. however while i was researching my problem, i read that it was traced to the starter button on some bikes. something with faulty wiring. the lights come on with the key, then are cut off when you hit the starter to put the voltage where you need it until the bike is started. (i think...i'm terrible with electronics and very impatient with anything dealing with more than two wires). anyway - maybe take that apart and check all the connections? but if you are covered under warranty - stealership it up. good luck man keep us posted.

so i dropped the bike off at sport honda. turns out it was the control box on the right handle some of the wires werent making contact so they warranteed it and put a whole new one on and bam the headlights work yay now not only can i be heard i can be seen.

mad crazy props to the guys over at sport honda.
