Sorry to hear about your mishap man. Track riding while fun and exhilarating, is also a serious sport that can have serious consequence. Its great that you were able to take an experience and learn something from it, just sucks that you had to learn the hard way(had you just been patient and stayed with ART Basic, this probably would of never of happened.) In all seriousness, for your next track day, take ART Basic, again, check the ego in at the gate, and take in every bit of info then apply it. Just like group rides on the street, they say ride your level, don't try to keep up, same applies to the track. Ride above your abilities and well, you know what happens...You're not the only one, trust me. Any questions feel free to ask, we're all here to help.
