Default Who wants to live on a racetrack???

Anybody in the market to buy a home? I'm sooo jealous!!! People in Georgia can score a new home, built on a high-class race facility...Here's the details:

http://www.unlimitedspeed.net/site02.html

This is a enclosed 10’ tall fenced community with around 70 ‘floor plan’ configurations to choose from, surrounds a ‘Motor sports complex’ 4.5 mile racetrack which can be setup in 8 different configurations, has an 18 hole golf course, small lakes for boating, etc. The track is only available to home owners an guests, the straight-away also serves as a run way for your private planes…only 120 units starting at around $645K+ (the smallest unit is around 3300 sqf with largest in the 11k sqf)…concierge service…the list goes on and on!!! The houses are also noise insulated, equestrian center…here’s the kicker, besides the mortgage you have to pay $1800 a month for HOA fees…

The HOA fees are rediculous, but dayammn, this would be nice. This is somewhere around Somerset GA... Hmm... the idea of moving back to GA keeps getting better and better...

I just read about another "country Club" race track being built in texas. Houses on the property will have 5 acre lots and cost $275,000. Sounds like a deal to me!!!

Hey Joe, Call them up and get us an SBA discount!!!

No, I read about the place in this months Road Racing World. They just bought 1600 acres and will build a 4+ mile track designed by Allen Wilson. Cant remember the name.

Just imagine a wonderful gated community with these 5 BR homes that cost a small fortune that don't allow you to have a motorcycle trailer on the property...LOL I would hope a community like this would not impose something like that on the residents. I have heard of gated communities telling owners of trailers that they don't belong in plain view on the complex..
You also have to wonder what the noise requirements will be for vehicles running there since it is in the middle of the neighborhood.
Otherwise its a terrific idea, a whole community living the motorcyclists dream. Too bad they couldn't build anything like that close to here.

Most of the homes are enormous...probably going to cost a bunch to build one of these homes there.
